Focus on your current task and you'll finish it in less time than if you multitask. Ignore minutia.
Make AT MOST 2 primary goals/tasks for the day.
Ask yourself, if this is the only thing I accomplish for the day, will I be satisfied with my day?
Stay on a low-information diet.
Don't bombard your brain with a whole lot of information you don't need to know right now.
It'll just cloud your mind.
